Senior Manager, Technical Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of technical product and project management professionals, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Product Management will oversee operational management, executive reporting, and financial planning for technology products, with the option to work remotely or from Eden Prairie, MN.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach team members in mastering Technical Product and Project Management best practices
• Manage operational performance and report on key initiatives, risks, and milestones to executive leadership
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and staffing decisions while aligning with organizational fiscal goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent technology product or project leadership experience
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management or technology solutions delivery
• 3+ years of direct team leadership or formal coaching/mentoring experience
• 3+ years of experience in technical portfolio operations, including budget and staffing planning
• 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks within complex technology environments
