Job Summary
Leading a team of Technical Program Managers, the remote Senior Manager, Technical Program Management will drive multi-organizational programs across Data Infrastructure, Reliability Engineering, and Developer Experience, ensuring robust and highly available platform operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape and influence the technical direction of projects while ensuring stakeholder needs are met
- Drive phased rollouts and large-scale platform migrations with minimal disruption to product teams
- Hire, develop, and coach a team of senior TPMs, setting operating standards for planning and execution
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or SRE, with 5+ years leading TPMs
- Strong technical grounding in distributed data systems, Kubernetes, or CI/CD and build systems
- Proven track record of leading multi-quarter platform migrations at scale
- Experience delivering infrastructure for AI workloads or AI-assisted engineering
- Deep familiarity with progressive delivery practices and incident management
