Senior Manager, Technical Revenue

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic thought partner, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Revenue will influence revenue recognition for new products and complex commercial deals while working remotely in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate revenue accounting implications of new products, pricing changes, and strategic transactions, preparing necessary documentation
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders on revenue recognition implications of commercial strategies and deal structures
• Engage proactively in business initiatives to ensure revenue accounting considerations are integrated into decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CA/CPA preferred) with a Big 4 background and 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and technical revenue accounting, including complex contract structures and policy interpretation
• Ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex issues in fast-moving environments
• Self-motivated and deadline-oriented with the capacity to independently drive projects to completion
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
