Job Summary

Leading technology spend sourcing activities, the full-time Senior Manager, Technology Category will develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier performance, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage category strategies and sourcing plans aligned with business objectives
• Lead sourcing events and negotiations to secure commercial value and ensure contract compliance
• Oversee team performance and drive productivity delivery through savings realization and tracking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management with a focus on technology categories
• 3+ years of experience leading or coaching team members across multiple geographies
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex technology contracts and delivering measurable savings
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in spend analytics and sourcing tools
