Senior Manager, Thought Leadership

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of a global enterprise thought leadership strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Thought Leadership will manage high-impact opportunities to enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of thought leadership opportunities that elevate senior leaders and reinforce the company's narrative
• Identify and evaluate thought leadership opportunities for leadership team members in partnership with colleagues across the enterprise
• Develop high-quality executive communications, including messaging and briefing materials for external engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in corporate communications, thought leadership, or media relations, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high visibility external engagements
• Strong writing and storytelling capabilities to translate complex issues into clear messaging
• Proven project management skills in coordinating major projects within matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field
