Job Summary
Leading a team of Total Rewards professionals, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Total Rewards will set the compensation and benefits strategy, establish governance standards, and provide analytical insights to guide rewards decisions across the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Set and implement the Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and pay equity governance
- Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals while advising senior leaders on complex rewards matters
- Conduct market intelligence analysis to inform workforce and rewards decisions, ensuring competitive benefits strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, including global workforce experience
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
- Proven experience in building compensation frameworks and overseeing compliance in benefits governance
- Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with AI in HR and data visualization tools
