Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership in trade compliance, the full-time Senior Manager Trade Compliance will oversee a team managing restricted party screenings, compliance with trade laws, and the trade compliance program throughout the product lifecycle, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the trade compliance team, leading activities such as screenings, authorizations, and licensing
- Oversee compliance with trade laws and regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and sanctions
- Develop and implement the global trade compliance strategy aligned with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Law, or a related field
- 12+ years of trade compliance experience, including managerial experience in defense and technology industries
- Expert knowledge of US import and export control laws and regulations
- Experience interacting with government agencies in a trade compliance context
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
