Senior Manager, Trust & Safety

Job Summary

To build and maintain a trusted marketplace, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, lead a dedicated team, and develop policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
• Hire and manage a Trust & Safety team responsible for policy enforcement and dispute resolution
• Establish processes for monitoring trust incidents and prepare reports on marketplace trust status

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams focused on dispute resolution and policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
• Exceptional judgment and decisiveness in high-stakes situations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced study preferred in a relevant field
