Senior Manager, Vaccine Implementation

Job Summary

To advance sustainable vaccine demand and implementation strategies, the full-time Senior Manager, Vaccine Implementation will manage partnerships and applied research initiatives remotely, focusing on strengthening community resilience and immunization programs against health threats.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic management for assigned portfolios, translating organizational priorities into implementable programs and partnerships
• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying funding opportunities and developing proposals in collaboration with leadership

Required qualifications

• Advanced college degree in public health or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in global health security, public health, or international development, including leadership of complex programs
• Technical expertise in implementation science, health systems research, or related applied research methodologies
• Experience building and managing partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including ministries of health and global health partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
