Senior Manager Value Based Care

Job Summary

To support the National Value Based Solutions Specialty Partnership team, the remote full-time Senior Manager Value Based Care will manage strategic provider relationships, oversee the contracting process for Specialty and Medicaid providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the value-based care portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the identification, evaluation, and completion of contracts with Specialty and Medicaid provider partners
• Develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with leaders of specialty or Medicaid provider organizations
• Perform market competitive analysis and engage teams to create innovative value-based payment concepts

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in value-based care contracting, provider relations, or provider operations
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare contracting, preferably with large specialty groups
• Familiarity with Value Based Care financial models and risk-based arrangements
• Strong organizational skills in a highly matrixed environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification
