Senior Manager, Visual Design

Job Summary

Leading a specialized team, the full-time Senior Manager, Visual Design will focus on refining Zillow's visual identity and enhancing product experiences through cohesive visual language, while working remotely and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own the refinement and application of Zillow's visual identity in product experiences, ensuring alignment with customer and team needs
• Lead the Partner Enablement program to connect designers with Product Design teams, providing targeted guidance and support
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of designers, setting clear direction and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Design experience, specializing in Visual Design or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience managing and developing designers, including senior-level contributors
• Proven experience in leading a Visual Design practice or design-quality initiative within a technology or product-focused organization
• Demonstrated ability to ship digital products from concept through execution
• Strong portfolio showcasing Product craft, creative direction, and leadership capabilities
