Job Summary
Leading the strategic and operational execution of the Wholesale Distribution Center, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Wholesale Fulfillment will ensure accurate inventory flow and fulfillment timelines while managing relationships with 3PL partners and coordinating with various internal teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Wholesale DC, ensuring compliance with performance standards and managing 3PL accountability
- Coordinate inventory flow from vendors to wholesale partners, including order fulfillment and shipment scheduling
- Drive inventory accuracy initiatives and partner collaboration to enhance supply chain efficiency and partner satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in wholesale distribution, DC operations, or supply chain management
- Proven experience managing large-scale wholesale DC operations and 3PL partnerships
- Strong knowledge of WMS/OMS systems and inventory control processes
- Experience with multi-node inventory flows and wholesale freight execution
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
