Job Summary
Leading a team of Senior Retirement Consultants, the full-time Senior Manager, Workplace Planning will drive marketing and outbound campaigns remotely, focusing on generating opportunities and assisting customers with financial planning and investment needs.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high-performing teams to achieve customer deepening goals and successful campaign strategies
- Develop and implement strategies for new initiatives and products through employee adoption and execution
- Partner with marketing and analytics to generate outbound communication campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
- 3-5 years of relatable financial experience and/or leadership
- In-depth understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services, and the qualified retirement plan environment
- 2-4 years demonstrated success in financial services
