Job Summary

Leading the global investment grade platform, the full-time Senior Managing Director, Fixed Income will provide strategic leadership for RGA's $125B investment grade portfolio, focusing on public corporate credit, structured products, and investment grade private credit while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute global credit strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returns and maintain accountability for investment performance and risk management
• Lead and integrate global investment teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives
• Champion modernization of the investment platform through technology and innovation to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• MBA with 15+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance with 20+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of leadership experience in investment management
• Deep expertise in investment grade fixed income markets, including credit underwriting and portfolio management
• Proven ability to develop and execute investment strategies that deliver strong risk-adjusted returns
• Experience leveraging technology and AI to enhance investment decision-making and operational effectiveness
