Senior Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary

To support the Operations team, the hybrid full-time Senior Manufacturing Associate will manage relationships with co-manufacturers, oversee production planning, and ensure operational alignment while maintaining data integrity across ERP production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning and manage relationships with co-manufacturers to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee daily production performance, resolve issues, and communicate risks to cross-functional partners
• Maintain high-level operational reporting and ensure audit-ready documentation of production activities

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience managing suppliers in a co-manufacturing environment, preferably in food or drink-based CPG
• Understanding of multiple supply chain disciplines including purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with internal and external partners
• High level of motivation and discipline with a persistent and resourceful approach to issues
