Job Summary
Collaborating with State Managers and Sales teams, the full-time Senior Market Analyst will provide strategic business analysis to drive Commercial Lines business results, focusing on agency performance and market trends in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze loss ratio and production trends at the Agency/Micro-Territory level, providing recommendations for improvement
- Manage portfolio trends and identify outliers requiring deeper analysis while communicating findings to key stakeholders
- Partner with State Managers to develop key success metrics and report on progress towards goals
Required qualifications:
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Knowledge of all Small Commercial Lines products and state nuances
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated understanding of the insurance industry
- Ability to influence without authority and mentor others
