Key Responsibilities
- Assess market performance and develop improvement plans to enhance growth and retention metrics
- Utilize performance data and field insights to diagnose issues and recommend actionable solutions
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify barriers to customer acquisition and improve subscriber additions
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and deliver measurable business improvements
- Experience influencing decisions without direct authority in a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of interpreting performance data
- Sound commercial judgment with an understanding of sales, customer service, and operations
- Telecommunications experience is preferred
