Senior Marketing Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Firm's client relationship management and email marketing platforms, the full-time Senior Marketing Associate will manage data integrity, develop targeted contact lists, and create email campaigns while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate contact updates in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
• Create and deploy email campaigns using the Vuture platform, monitoring performance and analyzing engagement metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communications and improve client engagement through targeted marketing efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Three years of experience with LexisNexis InterAction and one year with Vuture or similar email marketing platforms
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Experience in data management and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and detail
