Key responsibilities:

• Develop long-range market demand forecasts using global and regional aviation trends
• Own narrowbody fleet forecasting in collaboration with product lines and Future of Flight teams
• Identify AI-driven opportunities to enhance forecasting models and drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or power-related industries
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing analysts and contractors
• Strong ability to visualize data and generate actionable insights
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration across commercial, operations, finance, and technical teams
