Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Leading the marketing strategy for the Space business, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will serve as the primary Marketing and Communications partner to senior leadership, developing integrated campaigns and executing actionable plans in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Marketing and Communications partner to the Space business president and leadership team, providing strategic counsel and owning marketing plans
• Develop and execute integrated B2B and B2G campaigns to support growth and enhance Redwire's positioning across various markets
• Translate business priorities into actionable plans with clear objectives and performance measures, coordinating efforts across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public affairs, particularly in the space, aerospace, or defense sectors
• Demonstrated success as a primary marketing partner to senior executives
• Proven ability to independently develop and execute marketing strategies across diverse teams
• Strong understanding of the space ecosystem, including government agencies and commercial markets
