Senior Marketing Manager
Job Summary
To support the Federal Market operations, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will oversee pursuit and proposal efforts, managing complex proposals and collaborating with technical and graphics staff, while working remotely with occasional travel to Fairfax, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business unit managers and subject matter experts to develop proposal strategies and manage the proposal process
- Simultaneously manage multiple proposal efforts and client action plans for high-priority clients
- Support business development through market research, competitor analysis, and effective communication across federal marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- At least 10 years of experience in producing and managing proposals
- Preferred experience in Federal A/E/C marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including delegation abilities
- Extensive experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign
