Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote Senior Marketing Manager opportunity focused on leading cross-functional initiatives for recruiting events, managing event strategy and execution, and enhancing employer brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage the annual event calendar aligned with hiring demands, overseeing both in-person and virtual recruiting events
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and logistics partners to ensure successful event execution
• Direct service-connected talent programs and build relationships with military organizations to attract transitioning talent

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent practical experience, or military experience
• 8 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or recruiting events
• Proven ability to run an event program end to end, including budget management and on-site delivery
• Experience negotiating exhibitor contracts and managing sponsorship agreements
• Demonstrated record of teamwork, high standards, and integrity in professional settings
