Job Summary

Driving product marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for Personify Health's solutions, ensuring impactful product launches and effective sales enablement while working remotely or onsite in Tempe, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of benefits-led value propositions and messaging frameworks to differentiate solutions by market segment and buyer persona
• Manage end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, ensuring timely delivery and measurable market impact
• Build and maintain market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and sharpen differentiation based on win/loss data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of product marketing experience with a proven track record in launching and scaling complex products
• Direct experience in healthcare, health plans, or benefits administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms to support execution and content deployment
