Job Summary

Facilitating the completion of marketing projects, the fully remote Senior Manager of Marketing Project Operations will coordinate team activities, delegate tasks to project managers, and ensure alignment with departmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the project team to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives
• Delegate tasks to project managers while setting clear standards for project integration
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing progress and alignment with organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a marketing context
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Understanding of marketing strategies and system-wide initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
