Job Summary

Experienced recruiters will find a full-time remote Senior Marketing Recruiter position focused on managing end-to-end marketing searches, collaborating with leadership to define roles, and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Run end-to-end marketing searches, overseeing role scoping, candidate quality, and search strategy
• Partner with leadership to advise on role definition, search design, and inclusive hiring processes
• Architect structured search plans and design targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality marketing talent

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments, particularly in senior marketing roles
• Deep experience in business and/or tech recruiting, with a strong emphasis on Product Marketing
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions using data and market insights
• Strong skills in building clarity and executing repeatable plans for complex searches
• Ability to assess marketing talent with credibility and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
