Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Marketing Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for marketing roles, influence hiring decisions, and build talent pipelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the recruitment process for marketing roles, ensuring a seamless experience from job opening to offer stage
• Conduct market mapping to identify top talent and prepare structured candidate presentations for senior leaders
• Partner with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and strategies, while creating compelling job postings to attract suitable candidates

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes for marketing roles in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth, acquisition, and creative strategy roles
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform recruitment strategies
• Demonstrated ability to assess candidates' cultural fit with the company's values
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
