Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Marketing Specialist will manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, oversee customer-facing collateral, and coordinate project workflows, with the option to work remotely or from Menlo Park or Union City, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Support lifecycle and integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
• Manage the day-to-day execution of customer-facing marketing collateral, ensuring materials are current and accessible
• Oversee the execution of social media strategies, developing engaging content and monitoring performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and digital advertising
• Familiarity with marketing technology and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Asana
