Job Summary

To support strategic client relationships, the full-time Senior Marketing Strategist will analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights, and drive growth opportunities while working in a hybrid environment for candidates located within 40 miles of the Rochester, NY office.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex campaign data into clear performance narratives and actionable recommendations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to deepen client relationships and identify organic growth opportunities
• Support clients in translating performance insights into actionable campaign adjustments and marketing education

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in media buying, campaign management, or digital marketing analytics
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
• Expertise in one or more digital channels such as paid search, social media, or SEO
• Experience in consultative selling or account retention in B2B marketing environments
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
