Senior Matter Information Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Matter Information Analyst will manage complex client/matter rates and pricing data, perform data changes, and train new team members while supporting the Matter Information Sr. Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage data changes related to client/matter rates and pricing structures
- Analyze alternative fee arrangements and provide guidance on appropriate rate methodologies
- Train and mentor junior team members while assisting with project assignments and daily operations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a law firm or similar environment
- Proven ability to train and mentor team members
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and rate structures
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including percentages
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
