Job Summary
Leading a team of service technicians, the full-time Senior Mechatronics Technician will manage the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment while providing training and mentorship, all in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related control components
- Create, assign, and close out work orders, including tracking labor hours and equipment maintenance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment and conducting preventative maintenance
- 3+ years of experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- 2+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
- Experience in a team lead capacity, supporting and mentoring technicians
