Senior Mechatronics Technician

Job Summary

Leading a team of service technicians, the full-time Senior Mechatronics Technician will be responsible for installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment while managing projects and mentoring junior technicians in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and various control components
• Create, assign, and close out work orders, including tracking labor hours and maintenance data

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment and conducting preventative maintenance
• 4+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics
• 3+ years of experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• 2+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
