Job Summary
Providing medical, scientific, and strategic leadership, the full-time hybrid Senior Medical Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and cross-functional teams, translating complex clinical data into actionable recommendations while mentoring junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior-level medical, scientific, and strategic leadership across assigned brands and accounts
- Translate clinical data and scientific literature into actionable business recommendations
- Mentor and develop junior medical team members while contributing to new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, DO, DNP, or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical advertising, or medical education
- Significant agency experience supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients
- Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, or neuroscience
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes
