Senior Medical Editor
Job Summary
To ensure the highest level of editorial quality and regulatory compliance, the full-time Senior Medical Editor will review and edit promotional content while collaborating with project teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Review and edit promotional materials for grammar, style, and consistency, ensuring adherence to AMA guidelines
- Fact check and proofread content for accuracy and adaptation to various channels and audiences
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other editors to support the preparation of materials for MLR submission
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences
- 5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment
- Experience across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches is preferred
- Familiarity with editorial software and/or AI tools
- Experience with anchoring/linking in Veeva is a plus
