Senior Medical Illustrator

Job Summary

To support the Creative Services Group, the full-time Senior Medical Illustrator will create detailed medical illustrations and graphics for digital and print deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance live events and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate and visually engaging medical illustrations, infographics, and custom graphics for various materials
• Research and gather anatomical and medical information to ensure accuracy in artwork development
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop visual assets for marketing, educational materials, and event communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Illustration, Biomedical Illustration, or a related field; additional coursework in Graphic Design is a plus
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Medical Illustrator, or 5+ years with CMI certification, preferably in relevant industries
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative and medically accurate illustrations and designs is required
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
