Job Summary
Supporting the Medical Information team during US working hours, the full-time Senior Medical Information Associate will manage complex medical inquiries in English, document adverse events, and contribute to process improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handles complex medical information inquiries, providing accurate responses to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders
- Documents and reports adverse events and product quality complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supports the development of FAQs and standard response letters, and may act as a Medical Information Project Lead
Required qualifications
- Healthcare-related degree in life sciences or biomedical fields (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)
- Prior experience in Medical Information or Pharmacovigilance
- Experience in a call center environment
- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work US hours and perform out-of-hours service if required
