Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Medical Recruiter will manage searches for physicians, APPs, and therapists in a remote setting, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience while utilizing data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Partner with clinical leaders to conduct structured interviews and maintain high-quality hiring standards
• Track recruitment metrics and share insights to refine processes and improve candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in physician and APP hiring
• Experience in pediatrics, telehealth, or behavioral health is a strong plus
• Proficiency in modern ATS systems, such as Ashby, with a focus on data accuracy
• Strong ability to conduct structured interviews and maintain consistent hiring practices
• Demonstrated capacity for managing multiple searches while maintaining a personal touch
