Senior Medical Writer

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of medical writing strategies for clinical research projects, the full-time Senior Medical Writer will take ownership of medical writing deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity in clinical study documents while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and edit clinical study documents, including protocols, clinical study reports, investigator brochures, and regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with clinical research, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams to interpret clinical trial data and summarize scientific findings
• Mentor junior medical writers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of excellence within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Proficiency in interpreting complex clinical trial data and scientific research findings
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing clinical document preparation and submission
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
