- Lead compliance program administration activities, including investigations and regulatory reporting across sales channels

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, Medicare Advantage, or regulatory operations
- Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and telesales compliance
- Experience in gathering business requirements and supporting software/system deployments
- Proficiency in developing data dashboards and analytics
