Senior Medicare Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a functional liaison between the Intake team and operations teams, the full-time Senior STARS Consultant will support Medicare and Star Ratings initiatives by reviewing project scope, managing production and system change requests, and facilitating communication across business units in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review project scope and support business needs throughout the delivery cycle for medium-complexity initiatives
• Manage production and system change requests to deliver enterprise initiatives effectively
• Facilitate communication of changes and operational updates to impacted business units to ensure successful implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of healthcare industry or health insurance work experience
• Previous experience with Medicare
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience interacting with senior management and staff across multiple departments
