Senior Merchandise Producer

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of high-impact physical brand experiences, the full-time Senior Merchandise Producer will focus on building and scaling the Merch division while managing production logistics, budgets, and client partnerships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the full production cycle for kits, mailers, and gifting programs, ensuring clear timelines and budgets are met
• Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, and negotiations to facilitate seamless production and fulfillment processes
• Act as the primary client contact, driving approvals and decisions while contributing to proposals and new business efforts

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in experiential production, merchandising, or related fields
• Proven track record of independently leading complex physical production programs
• Strong experience with logistics-heavy programs, including kits, mailers, and fulfillment
• Deep understanding of the production process, including sourcing and logistics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
