Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst
Job Summary
Driving end-to-end Business Development efforts, the full-time remote Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst will support strategic direction, identify business opportunities, and assist in the qualification of acquisition targets and divestiture opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, data collection, and presentation development for internal and external stakeholders
- Support strategy development projects aimed at enhancing revenue and EBITDA through market insights
- Assist the Business Development team with merger and acquisition activities by performing target analysis and creating business cases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related quantitative field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting or investment banking
- Experience in building and maintaining financial models
- Knowledge of power and/or industrial goods product and service offerings
- Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
