Job Summary
Leading mid- to large-sized client engagements, the fully remote Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer will deliver secure Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions while serving as the primary technical contact and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagements by establishing scope, monitoring delivery, and managing risks and dependencies
- Facilitate discovery discussions with clients, translating business objectives into technical requirements
- Design and implement secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions across various workloads
Required qualifications
- Previous consulting or professional services experience with mid- to large-sized client engagements
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 platform, including Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
- Strong technical and non-technical communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to contribute to solution architecture and create deployment plans
- Experience using PowerShell or Microsoft Graph for automation and configuration
