Job Summary
Leading the engineering and administration of the global Microsoft 365 platform, the full-time Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer will manage services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, and Identity & Access Management while ensuring secure and reliable digital workplace solutions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the administration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online
- Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point and technical authority for Microsoft 365 platform issues and initiatives
- Design and implement secure, scalable M365 solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and engineering experience in a medium-to-large enterprise
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online Administration, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong experience with Hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments
- Strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph automation experience
