Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Microsoft Intune Engineer to work in a hybrid model, responsible for managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune-managed Windows endpoints, supporting Windows Autopilot, and overseeing endpoint compliance and security policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune-managed Windows endpoints and Windows Autopilot deployment
- Configure and manage Intune compliance, configuration profiles, and endpoint-security policies
- Package, test, and deploy Win32 applications through Intune while managing Windows Update and Autopatch issues
Required Qualifications
- 6-7+ years of experience in EUC/Endpoint Management with strong hands-on Microsoft Intune expertise
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Intune compliance policies, and endpoint security
- Experience with SCCM/Intune co-management and PowerShell scripting for automation
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex endpoint issues across Intune, Windows, and related technologies
- Familiarity with service management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change management
