Senior Microsoft O365 Engineer
Job Summary
To support clients' cloud environments, the full-time Senior Microsoft O365 Engineer will provide escalated support and operational maintenance for Microsoft Services in Azure and Office 365, while also managing project-based initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades and technology deployments remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze client requests to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Administer O365, Exchange Server, and manage Microsoft Volume Licenses
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and support applications in Azure Cloud
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred, such as Computer Science or MIS
- 8+ years of professional IT experience in a client-facing role, with 5+ years supporting O365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure
- Microsoft certifications (MCSE, AZ-104) required, with AZ-500 preferred
- Advanced PowerShell scripting experience
- Ability to lead major incident escalation and resolution efforts
