Senior Mixed-Methods Researcher

Job Summary

To lead high-impact research initiatives, the full-time Senior Mixed-Methods Researcher will architect and execute comprehensive quantitative and qualitative studies, including surveys and usability testing, while working remotely with at least 80% overlap with Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to scope, design, and align research plans with business goals and delivery timelines
• Architect and lead end-to-end mixed-methods research while maintaining high standards of data integrity and client satisfaction
• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of fast-paced, multi-track research studies, ensuring project success through collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of mixed-methods research experience leading quantitative and qualitative investigations
• Proven expertise across the entire research lifecycle with familiarity in UX and human-centered design frameworks
• Track record of managing client relationships and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
• Graduate degree in Psychology, Survey Methodology, HCI, Human Factors, Research Methods, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and adaptability with analytical and SaaS platforms
