Senior ML Engineer

Job Summary

To develop and deploy production-ready tracking solutions, the full-time Senior ML Engineer will design, implement, and enhance multi-object tracking ML models and algorithms while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production ML models for multi-object tracking and sensor fusion using various vehicle sensors
• Analyze large-scale vehicle data to characterize performance and drive improvements in tracking and kinematics algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous driving capabilities and provide technical leadership through reviews and mentoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with 1+ year of experience
• Experience with AV or robotics perception systems including tracking, detection, and sensor fusion
• Strong experience in developing and deploying ML models for perception and localization
• Proficiency with PyTorch and modern ML tooling for training and optimization
• Solid understanding of 3D geometry, probabilistic estimation, and robotics fundamentals
