Job Summary
To enhance groundbreaking AI workloads, the full-time Senior ML Ops Engineer will develop innovative solutions, deliver technical assistance for AI deployments, and manage AI workloads across various platforms, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deploy custom AI solutions on NCP and Neo Cloud platforms, including MLOps pipelines and distributed training
- Act as the main technical contact for strategic partners, providing remote and on-site support while troubleshooting complex production issues
- Deploy and manage AI workloads using Kubernetes and GPU scheduling systems, while profiling and tuning large-scale training and inference workloads
Required qualifications
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, DevOps, or ML Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong expertise in Linux systems, distributed computing, Kubernetes, and containers
- Demonstrated AI/ML experience with large-scale training and inference workloads in production environments
- Solid programming skills in Python/Go, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
