Senior ML Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of advanced ML pipelines and AI-driven features, the full-time remote Senior ML Software Development Engineer will architect low-latency inference services and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise AI solutions for over 700 customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment
• Design algorithms and LLM-driven recommendation features to optimize agentic workflows
• Integrate telemetry and tracing into ML pipelines to track model performance and execution efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML research and production ML systems, with at least 4 years in large-scale deployments
• 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, and GenAI/LLM orchestration using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong ability in distributed processing and high-throughput storage for robust ML data pipelines
• Experience leading model building and a deep understanding of the model development lifecycle
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
