Senior Mobile Product Designer
Job Summary
Driving the design of intuitive mobile experiences, the full-time Senior Mobile Product Designer will own end-to-end design for native iOS and Android applications in a hybrid work environment, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to address real-world challenges faced by truck drivers and fleet owners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design process from research and prototyping to execution and launch, ensuring high-quality mobile experiences
- Translate complex user challenges into simple, effective designs while influencing the strategy of Mudflap's mobile applications
- Utilize AI tools to build functional prototypes and enhance design workflows, pushing the boundaries of traditional product development
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product design experience, specifically with native iOS and Android applications
- Proficiency in Figma and strong interaction design skills with a keen eye for visual detail
- Experience in end-to-end product ownership, from problem identification to strategy shaping and execution
- Demonstrated ability to conduct customer research and translate insights into user-friendly designs
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
